I took this image the first afternoon I was in Laos, I had traveled around 10,000 miles in 48 hours and this was the first sunset landscape I crossed. The air was thick with humidity and temperatures running in the 90's, I had become another sweating western tourist.
Burnt out and jet lagged with sweat dipping into eyes in some distant land, I looked forward to the given landscape and knew why I was there and what the sweat was worth.
